Stantec out as county engineer

In a surprise move this morning, the new Warren County Board of Supervisors voted to remove Stantec as the county engineer.
District 2 Supervisor William H. Banks Jr. was the only member to vote against the motion.
Keith O’Keefe of Neel-Schaffer was named the new engineer.
