Community coming together to support victims of the Landings fire
Last updated:
A number of organizations and individuals have stepped up in Vicksburg and Warren County to lend a hand to the individuals and families who lost everything in Monday’s fire at the Landings apartment complex.
Businesses that have volunteered to be drop-off collection points for clothing include Beautiful Deliverance, Dimensions Hair Salon, Tony’s Liquor & Wine, Overdrive Nutrition and the office at the Landings apartments. You can call Gina Hendrickson at 914-522-4692 for a list of clothing sizes needed for women, men’s and children’s clothing.
Hendrickson is also accepting donations of clothing, household items and furniture at her home.
The American Red Cross is accepting donations for the victims as is the West Central Mississippi United Way.
