St. Aloysius defeats Porter’s Chapel 9-0

Coming off of a two-game winning streak, Porter’s Chapel fell short of a victory against St. Aloysius last night as they suffered a 9-0 loss.

PCA played three eighth-graders in the game, which was close only at the start of the first inning Then, Ethan Parmiagiana scored for the Flashes, followed by Carter Magee’s score in the second inning. The Flashes never looked back.

Tristan Wilbanks struck out eight PCA batters before Lane Hubbard and Kieran Theriot took over. Hubbard recorded the last three outs of the ballgame.

PCA will be back in action Friday at 6 p.m. against Bayou Academy, while the Flashes will play Leake Academy on Monday, March 9.
