Second person arrested in disturbing video case

Warren County Sheriff Martin Pace announced Tuesday that Monique Weimer, 31, of Vicksburg, turned herself in to Warren County Sheriff’s Investigator Stacy Rollison with her attorney at her side at 1 p.m.

She is being charged with association before the fact to infliction of physical pain or injury to a vulnerable person, commonly known as assault on a vulnerable adult. She appeared before Justice Court Judge James Jefferson at 3:30 p.m. Tuesday who set a $50,000 bond.

Sheriff Pace, when asked by Vicksburg Daily News if he expected any further arrests in this case said, “We cannot rule out the possibility of an additional arrest.”
