The St. Aloysius Flashes are set to take on Greenville Christian High School Friday in their first home game this season.

The Flashes will be led on the field by quarterback Tristan Wilbanks who starts his second game in the position.

Both St. Al and Greenville Christian are coming off shutout losses from last week, and both are looking for a victory. The Flashes lost to Hartfield in a 43-0 shutout while Greenville Christian was shut out 27-0 by Tri-County High School.

The two teams met last season where the Flashes pulled off the 21-19 victory under former coach Michael Fields.

Friday’s match will be coach Stacy Sizemore’s first home game as head coach of the Flashes. Sizemore and the team will look to gain their first victory to help boost their momentum and to get on track for a winning season.

The game begins at 7 p.m. at St. Aloysius High School.
