Vicksburg High School football player Shakori Regan had one of his best games in his varsity career Thursday against Canton.

Regan finished the game with four rushing touchdowns to help the Gators win 36-20. He also had 106 rushing yards on the night helping the team (2-6) further their playoff hopes.

Regan switched from quarterback to running back this season and is now the team’s lead rusher. He had scoring runs in both the first and second half of the game to help the Gators maintain a steady lead over Canton.

Regan and the Gators will have a forfeit victory Friday over Callaway who opted out of the 2020 season due to COVID-19 concerns.
