Walker’s bond set at $150,000 for Five Star armed robbery

Romelo Walker, 23, of Vicksburg appeared before Judge Penny Lawson in Vicksburg Municipal Court Wednesday, charged with one count of armed robbery for his role in the Dec. 6 robbery of the Five-Star Convenience Store.

Lawson set Walker’s bond at $150,000 and bound him over to the Warren County grand jury.

Vicksburg police officers arrested Walker Monday and said at the time that they anticipate additional arrests in the case.
