Mayor gets “some sense knocked into” him

During an exclusive interview with the Vicksburg Daily News, Mayor George Flaggs was hit with a falling icicle.
You can hear the wind kick up and the Mayor looks over his right shoulder during the interview to see if anything has moved. A second or two after he continues an icicle hits him on the head.

After he is hit he moves to the right a few feet and quips “Knocked some sense in me.”
