Kendrick was a star baseball player at Vicksburg High School in 2013 before attending Holmes Community College, Jefferson Davis Community College, and Louisiana College.

He went on to play professionally in the Independent system, playing with various teams and leagues including the Arizona Desert League, National Urban Professional League, Pecos League, and finishing with a USA military baseball.

Kendrick’s passion for baseball began when he was the age of five. Kendrick now feels like it’s the perfect time to start teaching the game.

“I just feel like I’m a lot better trainer than player and it’s more beneficial for me to teach the game the right way,” Kendrick said.

For the last four months, Kendrick has been coaching at a prep school in Florida, helping athletes improve their game. Before that, he was training at a facility in Flowood, Mississippi.

Throughout his hard work, Kendrick thanked his family and friends for all their support over the years.

“I want thank my family and friends for sticking by me all this time throughout my car,” he said. “I wanna specifically thank Garry Lee for all the life lessons and instilling so many qualities in me and for that I’m forever grateful,” he added.

Kendrick will be available at the Sandlot for training starting on May 17, 2021.

Individuals who want to be trained by Kendrick can contact him by text at 601-831-7334 or Facebook.
