Carlton Phillips joins the Vicksburg Police Department

Carlton Phillips was sworn into duty with the Vicksburg Police Department Tuesday.
Phillips served as an investigator for the Port Gibson Police Department before joining the VPD.
“Carlton Phillips will be an asset to the department,” Chief Milton Moore said. “He has three years of law enforcement experience, which also includes investigations.”
