Vicksburg native Amber Gaston wrapped up her junior season playing basketball for Florida Atlantic University.

The former Warren Central High School star had some key highlights this year for the Lady Owls.

In February, she scored an impressive 22 points against the University of Southern Mississippi and just a month before that she dropped 16 points again Old Dominion.

Gaston got major playing time for FAU as they finished with an 11-11 record and she recorded 5.9 points per match.

Gaston is a 2018 graduate of WC and her skills are continuing to improve each season and still has one more year to shine on the collegiate level.
