Wilbanks and Riggs showed their scrambling ability on Friday

Two local quarterbacks picked up multiple yards and touchdowns for their teams on Friday.

PCA quarterback Jace Riggs showed off his ability to run last week by picking up 127 yards on the ground and a rushing touchdown. He was also able to put the ball in the air to throw two more touchdowns against Manchester Academy.

St. Aloysius quarterback Tristan Wilbanks broke out for a couple of long runs against Centreville Academy including a 31 yard touchdown run. He also added a second score later in the match to finish with 68 rushing yards and two touchdowns.

PCA will have their home opener this Friday against Discovery Christian while the Flashes will be on the road at Riverfield Academy.
