Wesley racked up 18 tackles for VHS on Friday

Eric Wesley was all over the football field on Friday for the Vicksburg Gators as he led the team in tackles against Warren Central.

Although VHS came up short in the 7-6 loss to WC, Wesley managed to rack up an impressive 18 tackles on the night to keep his team close in the match.

The Gator defense was at the top of their game, thanks in part to Wesley’s performance on the field. Vicksburg only allowed one touchdown in the crosstown rival ball game.

Wesley and VHS will be back on the field Friday when they travel to play Canton in a district game.
