Lady Flashes pick up a win over Park Place on Thursday

St. Aloysius softball team picked up a a 3-0 victory on Thursday against Park Place Christian.

“I’m so happy that we stepped up plenty of times this game and came out with a win,” head coach Savannah Buck said. “We’re progressing every week and we’ll continue to get better.”

Kyleigh Cooper stepped up to throw nine strikeouts while only allowing three hits to keep the Lady Flashes on top.

Maddy McSherry and Lydia Nettles both hit a double tonight while teammate Miracle Flowers hit a single.

The Flashes will travel to Central Hinds on Monday.
