Ja’Na Colenburg and Destini Sims both led Vicksburg High School girl’s basketball team in points on Saturday in a 58-54 loss to Pontotoc.

In the close match, Colenburg scored 20 points while teammate Sims scored 17 to keep the Missy Gators alive in the game.

Jelisa Tyler also scored 10 points for VHS and they will play again on Tuesday against Holmes County Central.
