Lady Flashes had a close game against Tallulah Academy in a 33-29 loss

St. Aloysius girls basketball team had a close game Thursday night in a 33-29 loss to Tallulah Academy.

The match stayed close throughout most of the night with the first quarter ending with the Lady Flashes trailing 13-2.

St. Aloysius picked things up in the second, with Maddy McSherry putting a few points on the board.

Emily Cook stepped up in the second half and finished as one of the lead scorers with 10 points. McSherry added 10 as well on the night and Falyn Lusby scored six.

The Lady Flashes will travel to play Clinton Christian Friday night.
