Malik Franklin and Layla Carter selected to play in the North/South All Star Game

Vicksburg High School basketball players Malik Franklin and Layla Carter has been selected to play in the North/South All Star Game.

The announcement was made on Friday  where Franklin and Carter’s name was listed.

Franklin and Carter are both juniors for the Gators.  Franklin is coached by Kelvin Carter who will also be coaching in the game for the North Team, and Layla is coached by Troy Stewart.

The game will be held on Mar. 19 at Mississippi College in Clinton, Mississippi.
