Hot Potato 1.2.3 is now open in the Vicksburg Mall

A new restaurant has come to the River City earlier this week in the Vicksburg Mall called Hot Potato 1.2.3.

Members of the Vicksburg Daily News staff sat down and had lunch at Hot Potato 1.2.3 on Thursday where we enjoyed the delicious style of foods along with great services provided  by their hard working staff while manager Amber Adams explained all the great things the restaurant has to offer.

The restaurant has only one other location which is in Houston, Texas so the city of Vicksburg is grateful to have a place that specializes in baked potatoes. Their baked potatoes come in various unique styles such as cajun shrimp alfredo, spicy buffalo chicken, broccoli and cheese, and if that’s not enough you can create your own at Hot Potato 1.2.3.

The new restaurant is located on 3505 Pemberton Square Blvd., Unit 27 in Vicksburg and they are open from 8:00 a.m to 8:00 p.m Monday-Saturday and 1:00 p.m to 6:00 p.m on Sunday.
