Former Warren Central High School and Hinds Community College Girl’s Head Basketball Coach Jacqueline Martin-White will now take over the girl’s program at Long Beach High School.

“I’m excited to bring my playing and coaching experience to the program and offer young ladies the opportunity to connect with someone who can help them reach their full potential,” Martin-White told the Sun Herald. “My passion and love for the game of basketball will be evident in my development of young, upcoming players.”

White has a 130-116 record as WC’s head coach where she led the Lady Vikes to multiple playoff appearances. She also is a graduate of WC where she led her team to two 5A State Championships before heading off to play at Ole Miss where she was a two time All-SEC Player.
