Silver Alert issued for missing Armory man

The Mississippi Bureau of Investigation has issued a Silver Alert for Charles Thomas Bailey, 61, of Armory.

Bailey suffers from a medical condition that could impair his judgement, family member say.

He is 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighs 145 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes. Bailey was last seen on Stateline Road in Southaven.
