The amnesty period for the City of Vicksburg Municipal Court will begin on Oct. 17 and end on Dec. 1.

The amnesty period is for those who owe past due fines and have a contempt of court warrant issued for arrest. It allows individuals to avoid being arrested and have their warrant dismissed if they voluntarily come into the Municipal Court Clerk’s office and pay their fine in full.

Anyone wishing to pay their fines during the amnesty period can do so at 820 Veto Street.
