Alcorn State women’s soccer team keeps five-game undefeated streak alive

Alcorn State University women’s soccer team is on a five-game streak without a loss and is preparing to play Mississippi Valley State University on Friday.

The Lady Braves have defeated Prairie View A&M, Arkansas Pine Bluff and Alabama A&M and have finished in a tie with Grambling State and Alabama State.

Freshman Samara Nunn is leading the conference with seven assists.

Alcorn is 3-3-2 in SWAC play this season under Head Coach Kevin Larry. They will travel to play MVSU on Friday at 2 p.m.
