Vicksburg native Vertez Shorter helped Reinhardt University to a 48-21 win over Point University on Saturday.

Shorter, who is a Warren Central High graduate, grabbed five tackles, 1.5 of which were for a loss of yards.

Reinhardt is 7-1 on the season and will face Union on Saturday.
