Vicksburg native and Mississippi State University football player Reed Buys will enter the transfer portal.

Buys made the announcement on Twitter on Thursday.

I will be entering the transfer portal as a graduate transfer with 2 years of eligibility remaining. Thank you to @hailstatefb for the opportunity and memories! pic.twitter.com/YOJezE0c41

Buys, who is a Warren Central graduate, also played at Jones CC and will have two years of eligibility left as a graduate transfer.
