WCJHS defeated VJHS girl’s basketball team 34-25 on Thursday

Warren Central Junior High School girl’s basketball team defeated Vicksburg Junior High 34-25 in the Little Six Tournament on Thursday.

Kennedi McKay led WC with 17 points, followed by Shaniyah Lewis who added seven. Kelsey Snowden put up six. Madi Ward also scored four in the win.

N. Jeffers scored 14 points for VJHS and N. Watson contributed five while K. Henderson three.

WCJHS will advance to the next round under Head Coach Latoya Lumpkin.
