PCA girl’s basketball team defeated Deer Creek 68-23

Porter’s Chapel Academy girl’s basketball team took down Deer Creek 68-23 on Friday.

With major shots coming from Tiara Sims, Hannah Henderson and Anjel Walton, the Lady Eagles quickly took a 33-12 halftime lead. Walton and Sims took over the third quarter where PCA put up 26 points  and quickly took home the win.

Sims led with 29 points followed by Walton who put up 18 and Henderson added 14. Sophie Masterson finished with five points and Marley Bufkin scored two points.

PCA(10-5) will travel to play Benton Academy on Tuesday.
