Man indicted in Warren County for assaulting a police officer

Jeffery Morrison has been indicted in Warren County for assaulting a police officer.

In 2022, Morrison,60, was charged with attempted aggravated assault on a police officer where he allegedly hit the officer with his fists as well as biting him on the chest. He was also charged with escape from confinement.

Due to his past convictions of burglary, Morrison is considered as a habitual offender.
