Slade indicted for sexual battery with two children under 14

The recent session of the Warren County Grand Jury indicted Samuel Boyd Slade, 42, on four counts.

The charges cover a period of time from March 2019 through October 2022 in Warren County.

The indictment alleges Slade, 42, did willfully, unlawfully and feloniously engage in sexual penetration with two different children under the age of 14.

He is also charged with two counts of molestation. Specifically, for the purpose of gratifying his lust or indulging his depraved, licentious sexual desires, did hangle, touch or rub with his hands or other parts of his body or some members of two different children under the age of 14.

Now that a Grand Jury has indicted Slade he can go to trial to defend himself or he can attempt to negotiate a plea with Warren County District Attorney Ricky Smith.
