WC took down Tensas Academy 18-0 on Saturday

Warren Central High School baseball team took down Tensas Academy 18-0 on Saturday.

Singles by Ryan Nelson, Ismael Trujillo and Seth Sterling along with doubles from Jack Wright and Kylan Landers helped put WC up 8-0 in the first inning.

Wright and Cade Fairley would double again in the second while Connor Watkins and Trujillo picked up hits as well that led to the Vikings earning 10 more runs to put the score at 18-0.

Fairley went 3 for 3 at the plate with four RBIs Wright went 2 for 2 with two RBIs. Hayes Loper, Landers, Sterling, Lynch, Watkins, Nelson and Trujillo all had a hit. Lynch also had three RBIs while Nelson and Wright had two.

Lynch and Jacob Oldenburg both struck out two batters.

WC will travel to play Germantown on Tuesday.
