Porter’s Chapel Academy picked up their third win in a row after defeating Jackson Victors 16-1 on Monday.

A double play in the first inning kept JV scoreless. After a few of PCA’s batters were hit by pitches, they were eventually able to get on the board after a sacrifice by Taylor LaBarre.

The Victors got their first run in the second to tie the game at one. The Eagles responded as Gavin White got a double from a bunt along with Lawson Selby who also got a double while LaBarre continued to steal bases easily after an RBI from Gage Palmer.

After a double by Gavin Pugh, triple by Thomas  Azlin and a RBI from  Hearn, the Eagles had a 8-1 lead at the end of the second.

John Wyatt Massey quickly sent a couple of batters back to the dugout to keep JV at one run in the third.
