Port Gibson native Diandrenique Gaines is now a national champion.
Gaines, who competed in track for Hinds Community College, secured the first-place position in the 200 Meters at the NJCAA Championship. She finished with an impressive time of 23.28.
Having graduated from Adams County Christian School, Gaines had already earned multiple state titles, showcasing her exceptional athletic abilities.
