Claiborne County seeks help locating missing individual

Melvin Richardson has been reported as missing by the Claiborne County Sheriff’s Department.
Richardson is described as a 64 y/o black male who was last seen walking on Hwy 547 early Sunday morning (May 21). He was reported to have been wearing a multicolored shirt, light blue jeans and black shoes.
