Raymond Doyle, the Assistant Fire Chief of the Tallulah Fire Department, has died.

News of Chief Doyle’s passing emerged on Monday night, prompting many to express their sorrow on social media.

The city of Tallulah also shared a tribute on Facebook.

“The City of Tallulah sends condolences to the family of Assistant Fire Chief Raymond Doyle,” the post read. “We cannot express how much we will miss his joyful spirit. We ask you all to keep his wife, Mrs Eva Doyle, his children, grandchildren and family members in your prayers.”

At this time there are no official announcements regarding funeral arrangements for Chief Doyle.
