The Mississippi Kidney Foundation and Jackson State University presents “Friday Night Lights and Bites” that will occur tonight.
This will be a tailgate event at Memorial Stadium where the organization will hand out free food and give out lessons on healthy eating. The event will go on from 4:30 to 6 p.m. just shortly before Vicksburg High School’s football game against Forest Hill.
Everything is funded by the Mississippi State Department of Health to educate the community about healthy eating habits.
