Warren Central High School freshman football team knocked off Germantown 35-6 on Tuesday.

By halftime, the Vikings had a heavy 35-0 lead over the Mavericks.

Blake Caruthers took most of the snaps at quarterback where he threw a touchdown pass to Tristan Jamison. He also orchestrated a trick play where he tossed the ball to Jamison who then threw it for a touchdown to KeAnthony Wynn.

Wynn was the star of the show as he scored three touchdowns on the night.

Defensively, Jamison, Caruthers, Layton Lee, Jaxon Boyd, Duke Wright, Micah Moore and Crishun Bown all grabbed multiple tackles in the win. Wynn caught an interception and DJ Gibbs returned a fumble for a touchdown.

The Viking will host Brandon on Tuesday.

8th grade team:

The Vikings took a 20-12 loss to Germantown. Cam Zellous scored off a 30-yard run and Logan Evans returned a punt for a 48-yard score.
