VICKSBURG, Miss. (VDN) —

A teenager was killed in a Madison County car crash on Saturday.

The deceased has been identified as 17-year-old Enya Meeks. The accident occurred on Interstate 55 where she ran off the road and hit a tree at around 7:30 p.m.

Meeks was pronounced dead on the scene.
