Funeral arrangements set for Vicksburg firefighter who was killed on Sunday

VICKSBURG, Miss. (VDN) —

Funeral arrangements have been set for one of the Vicksburg firefighters who was killed on Sunday morning.

The funeral for Derico Davis will be held at the City Auditorium on November 4, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. The repast will occur immediately after the funeral.

Davis was 19-years-old when he was killed in a car wreck on Sunday along with his co-worker 26-year-old paramedic/EMT Jarod Squire.
