Warren Central boy’s soccer team pulled off a 2-0 win over Kosciusko in their season opener on Tuesday.

“We have a really young team and I was impressed with the way we moved the ball around but we gotta finish a little bit better and we had some young players out there,” WC Head Coach Greg Head said.

Tyler Godshaw earned the first goal of the season with the assist coming from Jacob Porter. Ebrahim Shuaibi scored the second goal late in the game from a penalty kick.

The Vikings are now off to a fresh 1-0 start and they will host Morton on Saturday at 3:00 p.m.
