PG pulled off a 63-57 win over South Delta

Port Gibson High School boy’s basketball team pulled off a 63-57 win over South Delta on Friday.

Kam Brown led with 21 points in the win while Markel Derby put up 19. Jaylen Hill scored nine points on the night while Ki’montae Crutison and Corey Johnson added five. Dameon White also hit two free throws.

The Lady Waves took a close 52-49 loss as Ger’Kiya Flowers led with 16 points. Amiyah Hedrick hit four 3-pointers and finished with 13 points while Camara Evans added 12. Rekiyah Washington scored seven.

The Blue Waves will travel to play Natchez on Tuesday.
