Monroe woman missing since April 26 may be with Vicksburg man
Police in Monroe, Louisiana, are searching for a woman missing since April 26.
Andreka Hemphill, 21, was seen leaving her home that day with a 35 to 40-year-old bright-skinned black male with dreadlocks who may be from Vicksburg. Police say the man was driving a white Dodge Challenger, WJTV reports.
Hemphill’s family said she did not return April 29, as expected, and they have not been able to contact her.
