Strong smell of natural gas near John’s Grocery

A caller to 911 has reported a heavy smell of gas in the area near John’s Grocery on Highway 80 at Mt. Alban road. The caller reported that a vehicle has struck a natural gas line.
Multiple units have been dispatched to the area. The first unit on scene is reporting a residential line has ruptured near John’s Grocery.
The highway has been shut down.
Avoid the area until the danger has cleared.
