Head on collision on Iowa Boulevard

Just after noon on Monday, two vehicles crashed head-on on Iowa Boulevard near the Interstate-20 overpass.

Initial reports indicate that only minor injuries were sustained in the accident.

However, significant debris and fuel was spilled on the roadway in the crash, and will likely result in the closure of Iowa Boulevard as crews work to clear the scene.
