VICKSBURG, Miss. (VDN) — 

An MVC occurred at the intersection of Highway 61 North and North Washington Street.

An 18-wheeler and city dump truck collided with each other at around 11 a.m. The 18-wheeler was carrying sulfuric acid that has now  spilled on the roadway.

Radio traffic indicated that two people were injured and one was bleeding from the head.

Emergency Management along with multiple first responders are on the scene.
