Mikey Johnson scored 22 points for VJHS on Thursday

Vicksburg Junior High School basketball player Mikey Johnson led his team in points on Thursday in a match against Ridgeland.

Johnson scored 22 points in the loss. He is in his second year starting for the team under head coach Jerdon Hardiman.

VJHS will face Madison Middle School on Monday.
