Andrew Dustin James, 20, of 47 Timberbluff Drive in Lumberton, MS, has been charged with three counts of Auto Burglary. At 6 am on Saturday, October 22, 2011, Vicksburg Police responded to the 200 block of Berryman Road after receiving a call reporting burglary suspects were entering vehicles. James was located in a vehicle he was burglarizing by a courtesy officer; he was held at gunpoint until police arrived. James was taken into custody and charged accordingly. A second suspect ran from the scene and was not apprehended. James is held in the Warren County Jail with no bond pending an initial appearance in Vicksburg Municipal Court on Monday October 24, 2011. Vicksburg police are still searching for the other suspect in the case. Patrick Sean Baca, 34, of 2212 Hatteras Street in Hollywood, CA, has been charge with the burglary of a business. At 5:00 am on Saturday, October 22, 2011, Vicksburg Police responded an alarm call in the 3400 block of Wisconsin Avenue. On scene, police discovered a suspect had gained entry into Truly Ministries by breaking a window. Before the burglary, officers found Baca walking in the vicinity of the business; he was identified and allowed to leave. After the owner reported items missing from the business, officers recalled Baca having at least one of the items in his possession. Baca was located and arrested in the 3400 block of Halls Ferry Road; the reported stolen item was recovered from Baca. Baca is held in the Warren County Jail with pending an initial appearance in Vicksburg Municipal Court on Monday October 24, 2011.]]]]> ]]>
