The St. Aloysius Junior High cheerleaders participated in the Universal Cheerleaders Association Home Camp last week and received several awards.

The Lady Flashes were awarded the Golden Superior Trophy and Spirit Stick.

Madalyn Kavanaugh, Annslee Averett, Hendrix Eldridge, Cristan Wood and Stella Owen were all named as All-Americans by the UCA staff.

The Lady Flashes will be cheering on the Junior High football team beginning on Aug. 25 when they host Clinton Christian Academy.
