Cedric Lynch charged with aggravated assault and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon in Claiborne County

Press Release from the Claiborne County Sheriff’s Departments:

On Saturday, November 12, 2022, at approximately 1:01 a.m., the Claiborne County Sheriff’s Department responded to a call about shots fired at Club Old Skool on Highway 18.

After arriving on the scene, several witnesses were interviewed and the victim was able to identify the suspect. During the investigation, it was later determined the subject physically assaulted and fired a weapon at the victim.

The subject was later identified as Cedric Lynch and he has been charged with aggravated assault and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. He has been arraigned and bond has been set at $105,000. The case has been bounded over to the Grand Jury.
