Vicksburg YMCA employee Ayesha Davis brought some Christmas Spirit to her place of work as she gifted her nursery kids with over 50 gifts.

“This is the second year that I’m buying the kids toys and having a good time for Christmas because I really love them and I want them to have a nice time,” Davis said.

Davis, who has been employed with the YMCA for the last 24 years, spent all year collecting gifts with her personal money for her nursery kids and they all celebrated together on Tuesday.

“I’m gonna keep doing this because I think think the world of my children,” Davis said.

Over the years, Davis has watch hundreds of children, but the last two years have been very special due to her spreading so much Christmas joy for her young kids in the nursery.

Davis is just one example of how someone can graciously put others before themselves during the holiday season.
