Warner headed to coach running backs at Southern Illinois University

Vicksburg native Larry Warner is headed back to coach at Southern Illinois University.

Waarner, who spent last season at Texas Southern, announced the news on Friday.

Warner played at SIU where he led the team to a 21-5 overall record in two years. During that time he rushed for 1,790 yards and 15 touchdowns and was named an All-American.
