One individual was shot in the leg on Friday

One person has been shot in the leg on First North/South Steet on Friday.

Around 2:50 p.m., a call came in and the Vicksburg Police Department responded to someone being shot. That individual has since been treated and released from the hospital.

No suspects are in custody at this time.
